数控火焰直条切割机主要应用与钢结构行业的板条切割，主机背面配置多把火焰割炬，用于纵向直线切割，通过直条割炬可一次切割多条所需宽度钢板，有效切割最小80mm宽板条。正面多组数控割炬进行横向切割或异型件切割。本机采用进口数控控制,交流伺服驱动，能有效实现板条切割和数控异型件切割。本机可搭载等离子电源，采用火焰+等离子切割模式，可大大提高板材切割效率。

      CNC flame cutting machine is mainly used for cutting lath in the steel structure industry. The back of the main machine is equipped with multiple flame cutting torches for longitudinal straight cutting. Through the straight cutting torches, multiple steel plates of required width can be cut at one time, and the minimum width of 80mm lath can be effectively cut. Several groups of numerical control cutting torches on the front are used for transverse cutting or special-shaped part cutting. The machine adopts imported CNC control and AC servo drive, which can effectively realize the cutting of lath and NC special-shaped parts. The machine can be equipped with plasma power supply and adopt flame + plasma cutting mode, which can greatly improve the efficiency of plate cutting.
