一、产品用途
毛刷清洗机又称辊刷清洗机，适用于橘子，胡萝卜、土豆等各种根茎类蔬菜去皮清洗。采用食品级毛刷输送和清洗，利用旋转刷配高压喷淋，清洗效果好，能彻底清洗果蔬表面的污渍。去皮清洗机根据果蔬加工需求设计的用于圆形、长形果蔬的刷洗去皮等工作。适用于胡萝卜、白萝卜、土豆、红薯、苹果、桔子、元葱、山药、辣根、生姜等根茎类物料的清洗去皮。具有清洗有效容积大、效率高，节水，可连续清洗，操作简单，使用寿命长等特点，刷辊材料经特殊工艺处理，经久耐用，耐磨性能好。 物料倒入清洗机内，在高压水流和毛刷滚动的作用下，被充分打散、翻滚、摩擦、清洗。从物料表面洗脱的泥沙皮屑直接随水流的冲洗落入设备集尘箱，经过大口径管道排出。
