隔膜压缩机的工作原理是:隔膜在气缸中作往复运动来压缩和输送气体的往复压缩机。隔膜沿周边由两限制板夹紧并组成气缸,隔膜由机械或液压驱动在气缸内往复运动,从而实现对气体的压缩和输送。采用金属隔膜并由液力驱动的压缩机比较常见,其排气量可达上千标方每小时,排气量的大小一般由进排气压力之间压缩比的关系决定的,目前我公司销售压缩机排气压力可超过87兆帕,适用于各种气体的输送和加压,也可用作无油润滑压缩机之后的增压压缩机。金属隔膜的厚度一般取0.5毫米左右。隔膜的寿命取决于选用的材料及其表面粗糙度。由于液压驱动的运动质量较大,液压部分的活塞平均速度只能取2米/秒,因而机器的转速通常在300~500转/分的范围内。隔膜压缩机的气缸工作容积表面积与气缸体积的比值比往复活塞压缩机大得多,气体的压缩接近于等温过程,故每级的压力比可高达25。隔膜压缩机由于气缸密封性好,压缩的气体不受污染,适合于小排气量时的各种用途。如用作小型供气装置、气动调节器、水族馆饲养池的通气装置,以及化学工业中无油、有毒、有腐蚀性、贵重的或有放射性气体的输送和加压。

The diaphragm compressor has good sealing performance due to the cylinder, and the compressed gas is not polluted, and is suitable for various uses in a small displacement. For example, it is used as a small air supply device, a pneumatic regulator, aeration device for aquarium feeding tanks, and transportation and pressurization of oil-free, toxic, corrosive, valuable or radioactive gas in the chemical industry.
