该设备采用全新设计理念，

选用德国进口霍尔高精度流量传感器对喷油器流量进行精度检测，

轨压控制采用博世DRV控制轨压，SCR尿素泵后处理消声器清洗机轨压建立迅速快捷，

油温控制方面采用多点恒温计算方式从温度的上升速度计算出散热功率及DRV回油量大小，从而保证长时间测试油温不会升高。

测量系统管路全部采用不锈钢管路，13854822395经久耐用同时提高了流量的检测精度，避免了塑料管路油温高产生膨胀系数对流量造成了误差。

整个设备框架采用铝合金结构，降低了设备的运行噪音。

可对国内2700多种电磁式、压电式（选配）、康明斯ISG系列、卡特320喷油器进行检测。

检测项目包含密封性检测、全负荷检测、回油量检测、排放测试、预喷测试、怠速测试除了目前常规项目的检测，还可以测试喷油器的启喷压力，电磁阀行程。
